PRESIDENT

Nicholas Kinsey is a Canadian of English origin, born in Ontario and raised in England (dual citizenship). With a scientific background and a capacity to write that he inherited from his mother, a short story writer, he began working in the film industry as a cameraman. He has produced, directed and photographed over five hundred films and videos over the last thirty years and among them several award-winning films. His producer credits include Short Change (1989), Women Without Wings (2002), Lakefront (2004), The Backup Man (2006), Killing Ruth - the Snuff Dialogues (2011), Leatha Acidents (2011), Tree Line (2012) and the TV pilot Cottage in America (2012). His knowledge of the industry is wide-ranging having been a director of photography, a scriptwriter, a picture editor, and a feature film director.

Kinsey has released several successful features including Women Without Wings in Canada (Toronto, Quebec City) and in Europe (Zurich, Tirana, Prishtina), Lakefront in Atlantic Canada (five-city release), The Backup Man in Atlantic Canada and in Montreal (an eight-city release), 14 Days in Paradise in Toronto and L'Acolyte in Hull and Moncton.

ANDREE TOUSIGNANT

Andrée Tousignant started her career as a script person on numerous industrial and television productions where her phenomenal memory and power of observation were greatly appreciated. Her production manager credits include Short Change, Women Without Wings, Lakefront, The Backup Man, Killing Ruth - the Snuff Dialogues, Leatha Acidents, Fire Watch, Stray Dogs and the TV pilot Cottage in America. Tousignant handles the administration of Carlton Films' distribution activities.
